<1>Featrures:
1)This extrusion line is made up of extruder, vacuum calibrator, hauler, cutter and stacker.
2)The main extruder has three types these are conical twin screw extruder, single screw extruder and parallel twin screw extruder.

4)The screw uses comprehensive mixed part with belt barrier and mixed smelting head.
5)New pattern notch barrel makes good performance of plasticizing and mixed smelting.
6)It ensures the high speed and good performance extruding.
7)Imported AC frequency conversion speed regulators are applied in the extruderand hauler.
8)Components of high quality are equipped in the vacuum pump and hauler
motor.
9)There are two-pedrail, three-pedrail, four-pedrail, and six-pedrail haulers to be chosen from.
10)Saw cutter or planet cutter is optional which is equipped with length meter and incrassation devices.
