Application of Our ThreeRoller Calender
This machine mainly uses in the the plastic (thin film, sheet, thin sheet plate, wallpaper, floor and so on.) /rubber (tires, belts,textile fiber rubberizing and so on),formation processing.
Characteristics of Three Roller Calender :
Roller: is made of Chilled Cast Iron alloys, whose work surface has high hardness,wear-resistance and durable life.
Rollers' gap adjustment: manual or electric mode
Roller bearings' lubrication: dry oil or thin oil by manual or electric mode
Bearing bush: nylon sleeve,copper sleeve or double row spherical roller bearing
Motor: ordinary or frequency motor
Reducer: hard tooth surface reducer
