Introduction & Application of Banbury Mixng Pelletizing Line:
This line consists of banbury mixer (or called pressed kneader / dispersion mixer / kneader);
Bucket elevator;
Twin screw force feeder;
Single screw extruder,
Die face hot cutting air cooling pelletizing system.
The pelletizing line has the advantages of multi-application, can be used for high capacity pelletizing for various kinds of rubber and plastic materials, its capacity could reach to 1200kg/h.
It's widely used:low smoke free halogen cable material,internal and external screen of cables,PVC cable material,EVA foam series,PP/PE filling masterbatch,black masterbatch,stone paper masterbatch,non-waven masterbatch,woven bag Masterbatch.
