China Pellet Burner Biomass Burner for Sale Burner
The pellet burner is suitable for drying equipment, smelting furnace, heating boiler, alternative fuel (gas) burner and other equipment which need heating heat source. The pellet burner is easy to use, safe and reliable.
1 Fuel: wood pellets, diameter 6-8mm, length 20-40mm.
2 Boiling-bed combustion, improve furnace efficiency, different from the common pellet burner. The pellets can burn sufficiently.
3 Special feeding method, upper rotating feeding, feeding evenly, the burner structure is simple.
4 Air go into burner horizontally, avoid clinker,reduce the clinker rate.
5 Long use life, the pipe, door adopt thermal insulation material.
6 Preheating air supplying,the efficiency improve at least 5%.
7 The outlet temperature of flame :800-1200 degree.
8 Modular design: fast and reliable repair and replacement.
9 Little slagging of furnace wall: whirlwind protection make the furnace wall little slagging, improve the working life of furnace and reduce the cleaning work.
