PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1.breif introduction
HY2 series switch is mainly used in the exchange of 50 HZ(or 60HZ), rated working voltage up to 380V .The circuit breaker of motor rated current up to 20A ,used for direct On-off single squirrel cage induction motor ,the positive rotation, inversion and stop it .Standard: GB14048.3
2.Normal working condition and installation
1. altitude: not more than 2000m
2. ambient air temperature: -5°C~+40°C,the average temperature of 24h within +35°C.
3. atmospheric condition: at +40°C air relative humidity of not more than 50%,the relative humidity at lower temperature can be higher .The average minimum temperature of the wettest month is not more than +25°C,the monthly relative humidity is not more than 90%,and considered the changes due to temperature.
4. the inclination is not more than ±50°.
5. in the place which the medium is of no explosion danger and the absence of gas which will cause corrosion of metal and damage of insulation.
6. in the rain and snow prevention equipment and not filled with water vapor
7. in the absence of significant shake, shock and vibration.

Two rows of six terminal adjustable a phase through intermediate contact changeover contact to commutation objective .Three phase motor reversing switch for example :incoming lines A,B,C three phase ,outgoing line is A-B-C, because the ABC phase is every 120 degrees apart, connected to a circle ,the circumference of the ABC counter clockwise ,connected to the motor ,the motor circumference of row ABC .the column is a counterclockwise , connected to the motor, the motor is counterclockwise .The switch is reversing switch
If the handle to the left plate, wire is A-B-C;
If hand to the middle, A-B-C direction of rotation of motor
If hand to the right, the line is A-C-B, the direction of rotation of motor is opposite with the left pull.
4.Structure characteristics
The switch is composed of a handle, a cam, contacts, the cam and contact is arranged on the protective shell. There are total 5 pairs of contacts ,one pair for positive rotation inversion shared ,two pairs control the motor positive rotation, and others control motor reversal ,contact is the bridge double breakpoint .Rotating the handle ,driving the cam to rotate ,so that the contact of switch can be on or off .
