The expansion tank or expansion vessel is an very important component of the the wall hung gas boilers, it is a small tank used to protect closed water heating systems and domestic hot water systems. The tank absorbs excess water pressure caused by thermal expansion.

Features
1. Galvanized plate, with eco-friendly paint.

4. When the water pressure reaches 2 bar, the steel plate and the membrane will separate.
5. Max. water temperature up to 110°c

7. Full tightness tests are done one by one before the packing, to make sure there will be no leakage.
Dimensions
Working Principle:
1.When the pressure of the heating system rise, the liquid is pushed into airbag and then the airbag expanses to compress
the air between airbag and tank.The liquid will not stop entering until the pressure of air and system are the same.
2.When the pressure of the heating system drop, the air pressure between airbag and tank is higher than the system
pressure, the liquid is pushed out into the system by the air,so that the system pressure will not drop too much.
Characteristics:
Internal bladder structure ensures that the water does not touch with the tank wall, so the walls of the pressure tank internal no rust and the pressure tank without dewing phenomenon, this prolong the life of tank greatly. Compared with traditional water container, expansion tank in refrigeration and HVAC system has the advantages of convenient installation ( not installed in the highest point ) takes up little space, no two times pollution, long life and so on.
Each tank will be packed by a plastic bag, then pack in the pallets.
