1. We offer warranty 18 months,since the date from the customer sell to their customers.
2. During the warranty,if any quality claims,we will ask for documents(usually guarantee cards), photos and detailed reports of the defects and the possible causes, once it is confirmed, we will send free spare parts to make maintenance, if the pumps are not possible to be repaired,we will send new pumps for free in next shipments.
3. 1% defected rate we consider it acceptable, which means if among 100pcs pumps,one pump damaged, we will not replace, if 2 pumps damaged and not possible to be repaired, we will send one new pump for free as warranty.
4. We will always include 2% free spare parts which can be easily damaged in each shipment,for your usual easy maintenance. 2% is 2% of the order quantity.
We'd like to draw your attention that Stators,Windings,Rotors and shafts,Pump bodies and Motor housings are not included in the items "which can be easily damaged".
