Working Principle
- It electrolysis water to generate hydrogen.
- Solution is mixture of water and KOH chemical powder.
- Take noble metal as electrode.
- Take latest membrane separation technique to separate hydrogen and oxygen completely.
- Adopt transition metal catalysis technology in electrolysis tank, hydrogen purity high, oxygen content is less than 3PPM.
- The equipment adopts high sensitivity fuzzy control system and self-tracking system, cancel pressure maintaining valve, realize constant voltage and constant current (CVCC) automatically.
- Pressure precision is within 0.001Mpa. According to gas chromatograph requirement, the gas output can be adjusted in range of 0-1000ml/min. When user stop using hydrogen and power off the machine, it stop gas generating, so no pressure exceed occurs, absolutely safe.
Technical Feature
- Programmed Control: All process is controlled by program. Automatic pressure and flow indicate, automatic constant voltage and constant current (CVCC), hydrogen output flow can be adjusted in range of 0-1000ml/min according to exact demand.
- Low hydrogen production humidity: advanced membrane separation technique and effective desiccant device, make original humidity lower. Furthermore, the two stages adsorption technique to make hydrogen humidity up to dew-point temperature -56 degree centigrade.
- Easy operation: No need steel cylinder. When you need hydrogen, just need to turn on the switch of the machine. You can use it, also can use it intermittently. It is equipped with safe device, sensitive and reliable.
