1 . What's the payment method?
Pandahall can accept the following payment methods: Escrow, PayPal, Credit Card (via GlobalCollect), Bank Transfer(the order value should be more than 100USD),  Western Union and Check.  

2 . How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing Time +Shipping Time

Processing Time: Including payment confirmation,prepare order, quality checks and packaging.

Shipping Time: The time it takes for the shipping company to deliver the package to you. Time depend on the type of shipping method selected.

 1. All the express delivery methods take about 3-7 working days to arrive;
 2. EMS: 10-12 working day;
 3. AIR MAIL: 20-30 working days;
 4. Mail Post: 15-20 working days;

3 . What's your return policy?
(1) Defective Products. We will accept returns on website purchases within 30 days after delivery arrival. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement, we also will be responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping cost (from China to customer's country). The customer is liable to confirm with PandaHall service team for a advisable shipping method.
(2) Non-defective Products. Products that are not defective can be returned for replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 7 days from the arrival date of shipment. The customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused.

4. How do I save on shipping?
