Production process of How-lighting led bulb
1. Check every piece of material to ensure they are all working well
2.lightening led chip before install it to the bulb house
3.Checking every bulb house to ensure it is 100%new and not any other stains
4.install the bulb
5.lightening the bulb again
6.aging all the bulbs for more than 24 hours
7.QC engineer confirmation
Quality control of How-lighting Led bulb
1.We have 7 engineers in our R&D department. Each solution will take 1 week to check by every engineer before it worked out finally
2. The bulky production sample will firstly be sent to our R&Ddepartment to test and at the same time the production will go on. Finally if the test is passed during the time, the bulbs can be sent to our package department.
3. Afrer pacakge,our QC engineer will check every detail to ensure it is 100% correct.
4.We have ROHS EMC Test equipment for bulbs.
5.Every bulb will tested its EMC standard.
