I.Brief Introduction

We the first user for ST foreign standards hydraulic oil cylinder seals in China, which multiplu improved seal effect and life sapn. The advanced hydraulic speeding-up cycle enable every machine have a very good improvement on working speed and greatly reduce the production cost.

II.Features 

l We have two different hydraulic briquette machine,one type is manual break-up controlling system ,another is automatic controlling.In toal is about 14 variety specification (150 tons-630 tons) ,one operator is ok for our machine’s operation.

l It is adopted hydraulic transmission, simple structure, easy maintenance, no vibration, low noise, installation of not feet screw.

l It is adopted with high voltage resistant, high temperature resistant ST standard sealer, can ensure the 24 hour uninterrupted production. With standard water cooler, sensing thermometer, with the oil temperature automatic stop function on the high side, the forced cooling function.

l Automatic machine is adopted  the Japanese mitsubishi controller, and equipped with text display regulator. The operator can make free adjustment when the environmental temperature changes influenced movement speed.

l Manual break-up controlling machine adopted welded frame structure (only for less than 200tons pressure), automatic type (250 tons) adopted four column frame structure, fluctuation beam all are made of cast steel, never deformation (if fluctuation beam is welded, easy to be bended ,quality is not good.).

l Automatic type is adopted the PLC control system, with adjustable text display.The machine will stop automatic and the water cooler force cooling if the oil temperature is more than setted range.

l Our factory nearly 20 years practice proves that the ST sealer (high temperature resistant, high voltage resistance and high speed resistance) is the best as the main cylinder seals, and other material seals are not durable.

l This series hydraulic press is the sole production,emjoys the biggest domestic sales, has obtained two patents. Every tons can save cost USD100 comparing with other press machine.

III.Application

XBJ series hydraulic press machine is suitable for the aluminium alloy profile factory, cast steel factory, cast aluminium plant, copper casting factory, will aluminum powder, steel scurf, scrap iron, copper crumbs re-blows press block, which is alternative for scrap steel, cast iron, aluminum, waste as the raw materials, and reduce the loss. The equipment can press the granular pink steel scurf, copper powder, aluminum powder, sponge iron, iron ore powder, slag powder and other non-ferrous metal scraps accessories, directly into the weight of 2.5 ~ 10KG cylindrical block, and the whole production process does not need to heating, add additive or other processes.Direct cold forming also ensures the original quality of the raw material.

e.g. Cast iron block’s density is up to 5 ~ 6 T/m3 after forming, which can be directly used into furnace, alternative pig iron or other metal,which will help to save costs USD120/ton. For special material of castings, recovery more significance.
