Double screw coffee grounds pressing machine with SUS304
Description
This double screw coffee grounds and liquid separating machine can be used for various waste dehydration,such as : the dregs ,wine tank ,beer tank ,plus over flocculant or also contain starch cassava residue ,coffee extraction residue ,wheat bran ,soybean residue , fermented corn cob residue ,corn meal ,corn residue.It also can extract juice from different materials such as grape,fruit,guava,ginger,spinach,cassava,,sugarcane,dates,pears,apples,ginger,apricot.The touching material part and the body is made of food grade SUS304.
Working theory:
The screw conveyor push the raw material to the extracting screw, then the liquid can be extracted by the reverse resistance of extracting screw and through the screen and cone part.The liquid from the screen flow into the water tank. The waste grounds after pressing are discharged by the sieve tube and cone part.The humidity can be adjusted by the spring on the cone part.
