Description:
This milk sterilization machine adopts fresh milk as the raw material,through the pasteurization, cooling,filling ,so as to get the
commercial milk for the customers.The procedure is that adopts water heating to make the
normal temperature of milk raising to 85℃,and stay 30 minutes, the finished milk is
pasteurized milk.
Features:
1.The machine can sterilize, cool in one, continuous sterilization, continuous production.
2.The whole machine is made of SUS 304,very durable and easy to clean
3.The upside of cover has reducer, Lens, temperature device, vent.The reducer can drive the milk sterilization mixing tank is heated evenly, no Naipi. Lens can see inside the milk changes, temperature machine can test the milk temperature. Conducive to vent steam and remove, not stuffy milk

Answer: Milk.

Answer:we have the capacity 100L and 150L.
3.what is the sterilization time and temperature?
Answer:The sterilization time is about 10-30 minutes,the temperature is 65-99s℃.
4.what is the principle?
It adopts heat insulation principle, the milk tank has three layer, the outer layer is for insulation, the middle layer is for water ciculation, the inner layer is milk.First, the water will go into water circulation layer, through the electric heating tube to make the termperature raise to 95℃ to heat the mik, then the milk temperature will
reach 85℃,stay 15-30minutes to sterilize.Finally, connect the water to cool is ok.
