Working principle:
The principle of this laser mold welding machine is based on high energy and focus point laser welding technology, welding and repairing effectively on a small point. This technology can make up the insufficient of traditional welding techniques during repair the precision machined surface. Avoiding the two threshold of thermal strain and post-processing the,  savings much time in mold production.

Heat affected zone is small, does not cause deformation of precision molds. Welding depth is big, welding firmness is strong. Dissolve fully, leaving no traces of repair. There is no depression phenomenon at the connect parts of the dissolved material and the substrate part of the mold. This machine can repair cracks, chipping, edge and sealing edges. It can welding on the rigid material (~ HRC60) with high accuracy. The diameter of the welding spot is only 0.2mm ~ 1.5mm, heated area is small, the workpiece will not deformed. The welded part can be corroded, does not affect the results, and the oxidation rate is low. The workpiece will not change color, does not appear pore or trachoma after weld. The strength of the  welding workpieces is up to 50 to 60 Rockwell hardness.

Observation System:
Special microscope system is equipped with a cross cursor. The magnification is 20X. The center of the cross cursor is aligned with the center of the  laser spot (user adjustable). This machine equiped with high-speed electronic filter protection device to protect the operator's eyes from being hurt, ease operator eye fatigue, improve work efficiency.
     

Control System:

Industrial computer with built-in double precision closed loop control. Its stability and ability are far better than similar products using single-chip control panel.
       

Gas protection system:
Synchronous argon protection system with an internal computer control, can protect the welding part from oxidized.And this sytem can save much argon

8.Q:What should we do if your engineer do not repaired the machine within 5 days?--When accident appear

    A:Normally,this will not happen to our skilled engineer. Just in two cases this will happen.1.The problem is not clear when you told me and thus our engineer bling the wrong machine accessories.2.You have new require about the machine, such as you need to mark log on a new kind of material and need our engineer provide the perfect operational date. If not in these two cases,no extra charge.
