A:Buyers need to pay our engineer's travel expenses. But free the machine accessories.
2.Q:Do you provide good service after the warranty period?--After warranty service
A:Yes,we provide paid life-long service after the warranty period. But buyers will be asked to pay the accessories and the engineer's travel expenses.
3.Q:Can I contact you in any time when I need your help?--Any time for service
A:Of course you can. You can contact me by skype,Alibaba trademanager,phone or email. And please call me by phone during 20:00pm-9:00am to Beijing time.
4.Q:What should we do when our machine doesn't work?--When problem appear
A:Plan A:1.Contact me or our service team. 2.Tell us what the problem with your machine.Send me the pictures or video to show me what wrong with your machine. 3.Our service team will make a video to show you and tell you how to repair your machine. Ps:This plan just fit the non-serious condition. And this will save you the travel expense and other fee of our engineer.

5.Q:What should we pay when your engineer reached us?--Fees for the repair acton
A:Besides the round trip teckets,the buyers need to responsible for our engineer's ordinary working dinner and accomodation.

A:Normally,1-5 days.
7.Q:If I can ask your enginner to proform the re-training during the repairing period?--Retraining
A:Yes.Our engineer will re-training your employee free.Please learn it serious to save money in the future.Ps:Our engineer can speak English.
8.Q:What should we do if your engineer do not repaired the machine within 5 days?--When accident appear
A:Normally,this will not happen to our skilled engineer. Just in two cases this will happen.1.The problem is not clear when you told me and thus our engineer bling the wrong machine accessories.2.You have new require about the machine, such as you need to mark log on a new kind of material and need our engineer provide the perfect operational date. If not in these two cases,no extra charge.
