KJM-300 Industrial Door Product Description
Winson KJM-300 Internal rapid rolling door, it is specifically designed for indoor environment, widely used in factories, business, department stores, warehousing, logistics areas, 300 rapid rolling doors winding speed rapidly, high frequency of use, long life, economical and practical.
KJM-300 Industrial Door Technical Details:
Appearance: High-strength antioxidant aluminum alloy frame 120× 130 mm, silver-white, meet the standard 6063-T6, cold rolled steel with electrostatic spraying/stainless steel.
Power performance: Germany SEW brake motor, power 0.55- 1.5KW, power supply 220V/380V, brake voltage is 220V.
Control system: imported microcomputer frequency conversion to control of electric box (Mitsubishi cpu).
Control voltage: safe low-voltage 24VDC.
Opening speed: open / off 1m / s.
Door curtain material: imported high-density polyester fiber and the surface coating processing, thickness 0.8mm-1.5mm, variety colors can be chose.
Tensile strength: 5700/5100N/5cm, tear strength 900/80N.
Fire-proofing level: German standard MZD / NBL fire resistant.
Usage temperature: -30 ℃ +70 ℃
Transparent window: imported PVC transparent crystal soft plate, thickness 1.5mm, rectangle or oval.
Wind resistant type: aluminum alloy wind resistant ribs, Sub-section connecting, easy to replace.
Wind resistant capability: 9 m / s (50Pa standard 3 × 3).
Sealability: the bottom of the door curtain balloon bags can tight fitting with the uneven ground, door case is U- shaped structure.

2. Before production, 50% of the payment will be required to confirm the order; Before delivery, another 50% balance need to be made.
