1,Applications
This instrument is used to determine the packing paper,Writing paper,Photographic paper,The tear of industrial paper and cardboard internal impedance of various thickness called tearing strength.The working principle of the instrument is the power consumed by the test paper tearing length,In most cases is 16 pieces of paper overlapping tear test.The product of the total consumption of these paper tearing power divided by tear specimen sheet of paper and tear number distance,the quotient is a specimen of paper tearing force required,in(m N)said.Instrument calibration ram is to install tear specimen 16,tearing distance is 86mm(tear test length was 43 mm,tearing distance is 2times)custom condition.
In order to make the test results more accurate, in the hope that after the tear, data within the full range of 5%-90%,So for thick paper and paperboard, using less than 16 pieces of sample stack in the test, the general use of 8, 4, 2, 1.
