GPO-3 is alkali-free fiberglass mat dipped into unsaturated polyester resin adding relevant chemical agent as the basic material pressed under high temperature into rigid panel insulating material.
It is also called as UPGM203 and suitable for mechanical and electrical usage.
GPO-3 has good electrical property under high humidity and high mechanical property under medium temperature, fire retardant property, good arc resistance and tracking resistance.
Its widely used in the low voltage electrical industry in the European and American countries.
Properities
GPO-3 Laminated sheet is used extensively in low & middle voltage electrical equipment as insulating structures.
Such as circuit breaker, switchgear, transformer, DC motor, AC contactor, converter, inverter & explosion-proof apparatus,a
utomotive industry field ect.
In electrical Apparatus: making of phase & end barriers, contact terminal supports, terminal plate, insulating supports, bus bar supports and mounting panels in switchgear; arc-chute plate, arc extinguishing cover & cylinder in circuit breaker and signal panels in other types of electrical apparatus; and electric melting furnace insulations.
In electrical motor: making of armature parts, cover plate,slot wedge, stator, gasket ,shims, carbon brush etc.
