CPP Plastic bottle Blowing Machine is used for large infusion plastic bottle automatic blowing in two steps.

Main Features
1.1 Adopt new high speed vertical rotary pre-form feeding system. No need to change the specification parts when change varies of pre-forms, just need simple adjust operation.
1.2New generation intelligent thyristor power regulator, closed-loop control for heater power, and has the voltage anti-interference function, supply stable power, ensured even thickness of the bottle, and also improved the efficiency of the blow machine.
1.3 Advanced three-point toggle type mould lock structure, opening and closing mould is quick, stable, without noise, use piston type high pressure locking mould, strong locking strength, highly improved the blowing quality.
1.4 Adopt the new model servo motor driving, high strength-oriented mechanism control mold closing structure speed and position, save time, reduce impact, improved the machine stability.
1.5 Adopt new steel ball type torque limiter, more effective protection of the blowing machine relative structure. And can automatic find correct location, decreased the maintains service, and the maintenance staff can also solve the fault easily and quickly.
1.6 The machine use full servo motor control (preform taking, preform conveying, stretching, mould closing, bottle sending out), use well-known brand electric cylinder, servo motors, excellent performance and reliable stability.
1.7High production capacity can catch 12,000 bottles per hour maximally, and less power consumption for single set.
1.8The machine use the electrical and compressed air drive, ensured the hygienic production environment.
1.9 Strong unit structure, equipped with electrical, mechanical security protection.
1.10 Use station less frame, plexiglass protective cover, elegant appearance.
1.11The set can equipped with remote monitor according to special URS, to do fault diagnosis and procedures changes through internet.
