Production Line for IV soft bag
Main application:
Used for the automatic filling of 50-5000ml conventional infusion , specical infusion ,flushing/urination, parenteral nutrients ,antibiotic and special medicine.
Features:
The automatic Non-PVC soft bag IV-solution production line ,which can realize the integration of bag making ,filling and sealing , is the result of our years of experience and built on the basis of absorption of the same kind of equipment technique from both home and aboad . This production line is made up of two parts, that is bag-making and filling &sealing ,which including the mechanisms of automatic film-sending , which including the mechanisms of automatic film-sending , words-printing,fashioning, one-time crater bube, two-time crater bube, bag cooling & separating ,port funnel-fixing clip reversing, port funnel sending ,port funnel pre-heating ,main tran sporting ,filling pipeline ,CIP/SIP system,abg pressuring,cap-sending ,heating set , emptying set, bag coming-out set ,bag coming-out track and automatic control ,etd. It can finish the processes of automatic film-sending ,words printing ,automatic port funnel sending,port funnel pre-heating ,hot seal fashioning, port funnel sending ,port funnel welding ,bag separating ,bag transposition, filling ,automatic cap-sending and heating & sealing ,etc.It is so intelligent that it can realize
1) halting machine without film, bag mouth, ribbon and set pressure;
2) no enough set temperature no startup;
3) no bag no filling ,cap-taking, sealing;
4) soft boot, adjustable filling quantity and CIP/SIP.It also features in short length , small oversize ,simple structure, delicate modeling ,high automatic ,stabilization, reliability nad high efficiency moreover ,equipments such as conveyor ,upping & discharging sterilizing carriage, sterilizing machine ,drier,leak detector,lamp checking machine ,case packer and so on can be supplied according to the users?
