1.Main applications
The machine is mainly applied for the cleaning and filling for the glass IV solution bottle of 50ml, 100ml, 250ml, 500ml etc. And can also be used for the similar bottle cleaning and filling.

3,Performance characteristics
A,Compact structure,small occupied space
B,Conveyor is on the side of equipment, easy to maintain and repair
C,Realize integration of machinery, electricity, gas with high automation degree, both water pressure and time of flushing can be set according to actual demand. Flushing bottle water can be recycled and filtered for degrade usage, which reduces water consumption.
D,It adopts crawler to carry bottles, using a long time to empty bottle after charging distilled water, ensuring cleanness and no dead points or residual water left in bottles. Rinsing water uses intermittent rinsing style, avoid cross-contamination caused by continuous rinsing;
E,Bottle enters adopts the combination of bottle hook and the guide plate, makes the bottle enter more reliable and without the bottle collapse and reversed.
F,In the cleaning process, bottle exit adopts the twice bottle receiving technology, ensures there is no bottle collapse and broken when bottle exit. Ensures the stability of the production line.
G,The filling adopts the time, constant current theory, the filling quantity is adjust by the computer, accurate measurement.
H,After finished the fine washing, immediately enter the filling station, avoid the pollution caused by the long deliver after the fine washing.
