Main application

The equipment is suitable for glass IV solution bottle nitrogen filling, automatic stopper adding and stoppering etc.

Performance Characteristics

1.Adopts large capacity electromagnetic hopper,reduce the labor intensity.

2.Vacuum stoppering and mechanical positioning,only when the stoppers is in the accurate place it can go to the stoppering station,high qualified rate.

3.The machine uses the microcomputer frequency modulator to do the frequency speed adjustments.The capacity can be stepless speed regulated within the rated capacity with easy,no noise,safe and reliable characteristics;

4.Equipped with bottle mouth positioning units,good centering.Bottle enters continually,running stable,and high efficiencies.

5.Screw of bottle adopts mobile structure,can easily replace different screws by only removing and installing 2 M8 × 25 bolts,easy to switch among infusion bottles of different specifications.

6.Before stoppering there are nitrogen filling station,do the stoppering immediately after filling nitrogen,can meet the requirements of the nitrogen filling products.
