Production process flow:
Wire drawing part: de-coiling-feeding & straightening--shot blasting---vertical type drawing---taking up
Annealing part: decoiling---feeding & straightening (2 traction wheels at upside and downside separately)-- No. 1 feed roller (3 traaction wheels at upside and downside sperately)--induction quenching---water cooling---induction tempering--water cooling---No.2 feed roller (3 traction wheels at upside and downside sperately)---hydraulic shear reversing--coiling (clockwise)

Max. tensile strength:1270 Mpa (the highest hardness HRC40)
Coils weigth: 800~2500kg
