Application
High-speed automatic stranding machine are for stranding power wire,earphone wire,telephone wire,computer wire,automotivec wire,network cable and PVC wire,and core wire pairing stranding stranding,cabing machine.
Configuration and performance
1.taking up: suitable for φ120-200mm pay off machine with two axis
2. Diameter: φ0.16mm~2.50mm copper , core wire:φ0.75mm~2.0m
3.pitch: 4.22mm~41.64mm or set through changing the wheel according to the customer’s request
4.Applied range :seven pair twisting or above naked copper or two insulated cable twisting
5.Bearing: all are SKF,NSK
6. Take up tension: six group springs with tablets
7.Main body braking: 15KG magnetic powder
8.Bobbin braking: 1.2KG magnetic powder
9.Pay off : φ30 mm bar/bearing type qualified unit
