Configuration & Performance
Usage: suitable to accurate twisting insulated cable & wire . lay is stable and accurate ,operate convenient and controlling quality easily .It will be the first choice to choose the twisting equipment
Putting up cable: φ630 pay off machine with two roller . the tension is adjusted by the eccentric gear and braking is controlled by the belt.
Roller: φ630mm steel roller or glue roller
.
Diameter: φ0.16mm~2.50mm
Lay: set through the wheel according to the customer’s request
Applied range :three pair twisting
Body: welded by the A3 steel plate, it will not be out of shape after long time annealing.
The speed of the main roller:1800 RPM
Main body structure: with the newest technology, the main bearing is treated with special lubrication and layout to reduce the frictional temperature and noise which can improve the working life and through balance treatment it can ensure the working stable to
improve the production efficiency.
Material of the main bearing: with 45# forge piece, through heat treatment and multi process, all the part and keyway experience hardness treatment, durable and not easy to disassembly.
Other bearing: all the parts are polished and treated with surface hardness anti-running, long work life.
Bearing seat: all the seats are processed according to the allowed tolerance which can improve the performance of the equipment and guarantee the stable working
