1. Type of conveyors
(1) Z Bucket Elevator
Z Bucket Elevatoris for transferring nut materials to the related equipment for deep processing. Peanuts can be feed evenly by means of running of electromagnetic feeder. Bucket Elevator is designed with protection system to prevent transmission block.
(2) Vertical Conveyor
Vertical Conveyor is designed to feed nut materials to the related equipment for deep processing. It has characteristic of simple design, compact structure, strong durability and so on.
(3) Inclined Conveyor
Inclined Conveyor is designed to feed nut materials to the related equipment for deep processing. It has characteristic of simple design, compact structure, strong durability and so on.
(4) Chain Lifter
Chain Lifter is designed to lift the raw peanuts into the peanut fryer, or transfer the fried peanuts to the salt flavoring drum for deep processing. This kind of conveyor/elevator is mainly for safety purpose, which can prevent operators’ injury.
(5) Belt Conveyor
Belt Conveyor is mainly used for transferring nut materials to the related equipment for deep processing. It is equipped with light arrangement, seat arrangement. So it has another function for sorting.
Speed of belt conveyor is controlled by motor reducer.
(6) Corrugated Edge Conveyor
Corrugated Edge Conveyor is for transferring nut materials to the related equipment for deep processing. Peanuts can be feed evenly by means of running of electromagnetic feeder. Corrugated Edge Conveyor is designed with protection system to prevent transmission block.
