Peanut Butter Grinder is a kind of wet processing of ultrafine particles reduction equipment. It integrates multifunction of pre-milling, grinding, emulsifying and mixing all together in one grinder. Peanut Butter Grinder is used for wet milling of fluids and high-viscosity liquid and emulsions. Both oily nuts and wet preserved fruit can be processed. Peanut Butter Grinder has 3 stage grinding. They are primary grinding, fine grinding and ultrafine grinding. By adjusting the gap of grinding parts, peanut grinder can reach to optimized grinding effect.

Peanut Butter Production Line begins from raw peanut kernels. The kernels go through the peanut de stoner, peanut roaster, split peanut blanching, peanut sorting belt, peanut grinder, peanut cooler, peanut mixing tank and peanut butter filler.  Finally the peanut butter enters into the bottle/jar/bags for sale.It includes the following steps:

1. Peanut De stoning

It takes away stones and light impurity by gravity de stoner system from the up side. The light impurities will be sucked by the air cyclone system.

2. Peanut Roasting

The automatic roaster is used in this line.  It can be designed natural gas, electrical or coal type for customer’s request. A drum type roaster can also be used here. It is a 5-units assembled drum roaster. The raw peanuts will be baked in high temperature (150-170℃). If for automatic roaster, the baking time is 20-30minutes. For drum roaster, the time will be 50minutes at least. It also depends on material’s humidity.

3. Peanut Split Blanching

the roasted peanuts come out from vibrating discharge device, and are feed into the split blancher through bucket conveyor. Under the frication of rubber rollers, the red skin will be taken, and sucked by the cyclone system. Most of the peanuts are split in half-piece or much small. The bitter germ will be separated by the vibrating sieve at the bottom of split blancher. Finally the blanched peanuts will fall to the sorting conveyor. 

4. Peanut Sorting

the over-roasted, un-blanched peanut kernels, bad kernels and small impurities will be picked up by manual (6-8person). It is the last inspection for the peanut kernels before grinding section. Sorting belt speed can be changed on request.

5. Peanut Grinding

There are two peanut butter grinders to make the coarse grinding and fine grinding. The blanched peanuts are feed into the primary grinder firstly. Then they will be put by a kind of screw force, and be grinded by sand disc in high speed. The primary butter will flow to the tank and are pumped into the second grinder.

6. Peanut Butter Cooling

The butter is pumped into cooling machine through pipes twisted inside of cooler. The ideal temperature will obtain.

7.Peanut Butter Filling

Peanut butter is packed into 200g/500g/1000g bottle by the peanut butter filler, capper, labeling machine, etc.
