New type split nut blancher industrial production line
Brief introduction:
Split nut blancher is designed to split roasted peanut into half or less half piece,.
Working principle:
First the peanut kernels, eigher whole or halves , are run through two parallel rotating abrasive rubber belt, this is two rubber belts, one is rotating in clockwise another is anticlockwise. The distance between this two belts are set more small apart than half peanut kernels and then the red skins are stripped away as they pass along.After blanched , the halves kernels as the basis for peanut butter and sauces.
Application:
Split nut blancher applies to peanut blanching line, peanut chopping line, peanut butter line and peanut slice line.
Split nut blancher mainly contains bucket elevator, blanching machine and air cyclone, it is an entire complete system to finish the blanching job. It can be designed to two type, full stainless steel, contacting parts stainless steel and painting carbon frame.
