1.Introduction of  Linear Vibrating Screen

 

ZSG series of Linear Vibration Screen is used the vibration motor or general motors drag the excitation device, make sieve body vibration force along the direction for periodic reciprocating vibration, in the screen surface material along the straight line direction for parabola, thus serves the screening purpose.

 

The ZSG series straight line shaker is consisted of vibration source sieves the body, the strainer, the antivibration device and the bottom. Sieve machine lateral plate is made of high qualified steel plate. Lateral plate and beams, vibration objects bottom building adopts high strength bolts or ring groove rivet connection. The structure is reasonable, firm durable.

 

 

 

 

2.Application of Linear Vibrating Screen

 

The ZSG series of high efficiency vibrating screen is new type efficient screening equipment. It widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building material, electricity, chemical and other industries, especially for metallurgy. It is the widely used screen machinery in the coking plant, concentrate plant .The machine adopts the new energy-saving motor or vibration exciter as vibrating source, and the rubber spring supports and isolates the vibration.
