2.Description of vibrating screen:
Vibrating Screen (Vibratory Screen) is of many layers and high efficiency. The vibrating screen adopts the barrel type of eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block to adjust the swing. The screen is of the flowing characteristics, the screening line is long and specification of materials screened is various, and it is also of reliable structure, strong exciting force, high screening efficiency, low vibrating noise, long durability, convenient maintenance, safe operation, etc, and the vibratory screen is widely used for screening in wide range including mines, building material, transportation, energy sources, chemical industry, etc.
3.Working Principle of Vibrating Screen :
This series of vibrating screen do circular motion ,it is a new multilayer ,high-efficient vibrating screen. circular vibrating screen use the eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block to adjust the amplitude.long materials streaming line, different screening specifications, it is with reliable structure ,strong vebrating force, and high screening efficiency, low noise, durable, easy maintenance, use safety, etc. the vibrating screen widely used in mining, building materials, transportation, energy and chemical and etc industry for product classification.

YK series circular vibrating screen adopting German technology is a kind of high-efficiency vibrating screen . 1: Higher excitation force—The machine converts the eccentric force of the blocks to the source of excitation force .

5.Usage and Maintenance of vibrating screen:
It should start when there is nothing on the screen surface, and should avoid start the machine with materials, when the material running steady, then can feed. Stop feeding before stop the machine, and keep there is no material on the surface then stop the machine. Observe the operation of the machine when it is running. If there are abnormal movement or unusual sound, we should stop the machine and examine it, find the causes, and eliminate the troubles.
6.Structure of vibrating screen:
It is composed by sieving box, mesh, vibration exciter and damper spring etc. The vibrating screen adopts the vibration exciter with barrel type of eccentric shaft and block to adjust the swing. The vibration exciter is installed on the lateral plate of the sieving box. The motor makes the exciter swing round speedily through tire coupling. The continuous forced circular motions of sieve box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. The lateral plate made by the high quality steel plate without any welding point. The lateral plate, beam and the vibration exciter connected by the high strength bolts and ring-grooved lock bolts.
