ZhongYe Polaris printer: adopting Polaris 35pl all-steel printhead from Spectra of USA.
Each head has 512 nozzles, size of each nozzle is 35pl, Ignition Frequency of the head is
30-50K, its speed is 2~4 times of similar products, printer speed can reach 98m2/h when 4
heads working together.
The printer uses imported guide rail, high precision Stepping system, all-steel flatbed,
and suction device inside to make media no wrinkling, to make printing safer and to ensure
perfect output quality; Using positive and negative pressure cleaning system achieves
full-automatic printhead cleaning, tee coupling function and moisturizing device
effectively protect the printheads and make them longer life.
The temperature of the front and back heating system can be adjusted by Intelligent PID
controller, the degree of adsorption can be adjusted by the adsorption knob; the perfect
printing quality meanwhile keeping heads in good condition can be achieved by newest high
quality ink-supply system and structure of ink cartridge leeching on to Carriage.
