Chelating disperse agent RG-100
Specification:
- chelating Non-phosphorus disperse agent
- with effective chelating and dispersing power on iron, calcium, magnesium and other metals, RG-100 can be used in dyeing synthetic fibers(polyester, nylon) and cellulose fibers.
- chelating disperse agent RG-100 can mainly designed to prevent the affection of metal ions, such as color, appearance and the stability of the process.
- environmental friendly, non-phosphorus

Special Convergent polymer surfactant
Properties:
Appearance :slightly yellowish liquid
Iconicity :anionic
Solid content :45±1%
Solubility :soluble in water easily
pH value :6~8
characteristics:
Chelating disperse agent RG-100 can mainly designed to prevent the affection of metal ions.
- excellent chelating and dispersing power on iron, calcium, magnesium and other metals.
- strong dispersion to insoluble, inorganic stuff like silicate and titanium dioxide deposition can prevent them from depositing on fibers.
- effectively prevent calcium salt deposit on the fiber.
- effectively prevent slurry attached again.
- can effectively enhance the wideness and dyeing vividness.
- the defects of outside-to-inside color difference and unever dyeing disappear in cheese yarn dyeing process.
- good alkali stability,up to 200g/L NaOH.
- excellent compatibility to the anion/non-ionic surfactant.
- environmental friendly,and Non-phosphorus.
Application:
Chelating disperse agent RG-100 used for all sorts of fibers.
As follows:
- the pre-treatment of cheese yarn.
- scouring process of synthetic fibers(polyester, nylon) and cellulose fibers.
- bleaching and dyeing process of cellulose fibers.
- desizing process of nylon and cotton.
- reduce weight process of polyester.
Method of use
After diluted with water,according to the amount of use occasions between 0.5 ~ 1 g/L.

1. 120kg in one plastic drum;
