Textile pigment printing binder
This is anionic/non-ionic acrylic acid high polymer, and it is a fine environmentally protective product with high cost performance, which does not contain harmful chemicals such as APEO and phthalate. Its formaldehyde content is very low, and its environmental protection class is up to EU and Japanese export requirement. The printing products treated by this product by steaming or curing method will have many merits, for example, fixing brushing fastness and wet rubbing fastness could be up to more than 2.5 to 3 grade, and dry rubbing fastness could reach 4 grade. Its color yield is good, and color shade is bright, and it feels very soft. It will not be yellowing after high-temperature curing with little odor and transparent membrane.
It could be applied no matter in machine printing, screen printing or hand printing, and it will not be sticky to roller and cylinder. It will not stock up the net, and machine can be started successfully. It can be applied in pigment printing of various kinds of fabrics such as chemical fibre, blending and cottons. It is an anionic self-crosslinking binder that does not need to be added with corsslinking agent.
