v Product overview
In the process of dyeing and finishing, the post-processing soaping process is rather important, for it concerns the shade of the printed and dyed products. With the continuous development of dyeing and finishing technology and the industry, thorough flooding/loose color removal and color fastness improvement will be required. However, in traditional post-processing soaping technologies, the detergents formed by surfactants are used to soap and remove the flooding/loose color. During production, it is difficult to remove the detergents which will easily produce a large number of foams and soap spots, consume plenty of water, increase wastewater and waste energy. More importantly, it will be difficult to achieve a satisfactory soaping effect and ensure color fastness.

v Product features
1 In soaping process, only tiny foams are generated during stirring.
2. By making use of the product features such as complexation and good dispersing, suspending and washing effects, flooding/loose color can be removed, color fastness can be ensured, and shade is brighter and purer.
3. JN BA-3310 Soaping Agent can effectively improve and ensure the setting of the dyes, and thus less color fixing agent is used in some printed and dyed products with medium and dark shade.
4. After soaping with this product, there will be no adverse effect on shade.
v Usage
The product is widely applied in soaping and relevant treatment. Suggested dosage: 1g/l (or 0.5~1% of fabric weight), without adding other soaping agents.
v Package and storage
The product ispackaged in 125kg plastic drum. Avoid any direct sunlight and store it in a cool, dry and shady place. Its shelf life is at least 6 months.
