Textile Penetrating agent for Acid Printing
Ruiguang penetrating agent AP-01 is made from special surfactant and sulfonic acid ester. This product has excellent thick alkali resistant capacity and thick alkali resistant permeating, being resistant to electrolyte, hard water, boiling and oxidizing agent. Without permeating effect in neutral water solution and with perfect wetting and permeating effect in thick alkali solution, it is able to advance the alkaline solution to permeate into the cellulosic fiber and fabrics so as to improve the effect and evenness, with emulsifying and detergent washing effect. Besides, the product is environmental friendly and easy to degrade, with high cost performance.
- In 150-300g/L thick alkaline solution, it has strong permeating ability.
- Stable alkali resistant ability, alkali-resistant and in caustic treatment can get over to 400g/L.
- Especially applied to cotton woven fabrics and denim fabrics mercerized treatment.
- It is able to advance the alkaline solution to permeate into the cellulosic fiber and fabrics so as to improve the mercerizing effect and evenness, with emulsifying and detergent washing effect.
- The product is environmental friendly and easy to degrade, with high cost performance.
Range of application: cellulosic fiber fabrics( cotton woven fabrics and denim fabrics) high concentration caustic soda mercerized technique.
Reference using dosage: penetrating agent AP-01 1~3g/L
Package: 50kg,125kg drum or depend on customer request
Storage: keep in cool, ventilate and dry place under room temperature. Guarantee period 6 month. Prevent from freezing and sunlight.
