Properety:
1.With bluish violet color.
2.Soluble in soft water as much as 80 times weight,300 ppm in hard water.
3.Anionic type,alkali enderable,can be used in one bath of anionic surfactant.
4.To be unendurable ion of copper and iron,etc. Unsuitable to be used in cationic dyestuff and surfactant.
Application:
1.Whitening agent for cellulose base fiber and cotton fabric.
2.Whitening agent for white pattern in discharge printing of cotton fabric.
3.Britening agent for light colored cellulose base fiber.
Process:
1. exhausting whitening process:
VBL:0.05-0.3%(o.w.f.),bath ratio:1:5-30,dyeing temperature:40°C-10°C0;
NaSO:0-10g/1.,starttemperature:30°C,heatingrate:1-2°C/min,keepthetemperatureat50-100°C for20-40min,
then lower to 50-30°C→wash→dry(100°C)→setting(120°C-150°C)×1-2min(add proper amount lelveiing agent according to the leveling effect).
2.padding process:
VBL:0.5-3g/1,residue liquor ratio:100%,one dip and→(100°C)→setting(120°C-150°C)×1-2min
