Circulating fan installed on up of the furnace, and frquency controlled to make it more energy saving.

We can design the aging oven according to customer's detail requests. Just feel free to contact us if any interests. The furnace use 4 thermocouples to test the temperature inside the furnace, make sure the profile are evenly aging. The circulating fan is installed on top of the furnace, also makes its more good at evenly heating. The fan is controlled by frequency motor, thus can save the energy greatly. The whole process is automatically controlled by PLC system.
