The Billet furnace has good insulation, uniform heating, high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption. With reduced waste and lowered cost, the length of our aluminum rods can be customized according to your request. The rods can be initially heated for 2.5-4 hours to the extrusion temperature.
The long rod hot shearing furnace is designed to solve the problems encountered by the traditional one (the short rod heating furnace) like low manufacturing yield, scheduling difficulties, high energy and other defects; the product is comprised of a furnace, hydraulic hot shear machine and rod storage rack.
1. Specifications of applicable aluminum rods: Diameter: ¦70mm-¦320mm, length: 6-8m
2. Heating method: With hot air circulation heating, the rod can be heated in the furnace for a long time under uniform furnace temperature, thus achieving a homogenized effect. Applicable fuel ` electric a liquefied petroleum gas b natural gas c water gas d coal e diesel
3. Control method: PLC + touch screen with over-temperature alarm device. Control options: Automatic control, semi-automatic control and manual control.
