Introduction:

Texttuized protein is primarily made from defatted soy flour, wheat gluten; The mixed material conveyed to the twin screw extruder where it is processed thermo machanically; This product can be packed and sold as an ingredient or directly rehydrated and incorporated int complete meals. It is less expensive than meat, poultry, fish, and also suitable for the increasing vegetairan group;
Classic Process:
Raw Material Mixing → Cooking and Extruding → Drying → Rehydrating → Seasoning → Vacuum Packaging
Basic Formula:
Soya Meal, Wheat Gluten, Soya Protein(Vegetarian Protein), Vegetable Oil, Water, Salt, Sugar, Food Additive(Monosodium Glutamate, Ethyl Maltol, Potassium Sorbate, Etc)
