Introduction:
Fibrous protein Making Machine/ Fibrous protein process line/fibrous protein production line
Texturized protein is primarily made from defatted soy flour, wheat gluten; The mixed material conveyed to the twin screw extruder where it is processed thermo machanically; This fibrous protein contains 70-80% moistured inside, it can used as ingredients for vegeterian or vegandishes, or prepared as the ready to eat meals; It don't need rehydrated anymore, can be directly flavor;
Classic Process:
Raw Material Mixing → Cooking and Extruding →Cooling → Seasoning → Vacuum Packaging
Basic Formula:
Soya Meal, Wheat Gluten, Soya Protein(Vegetarian Protein), Vegetable Oil, Water, Salt, Sugar, Food Additive(Monosodium Glutamate, Ethyl Maltol, Potassium Sorbate, Etc)
