Erection and Installation
1. Motorized winch before installation should first carefully check for damage in transit phenomenon, if found should be repaired after use.
2. You must choose a good fixed pile or pile substitute, before installation.
3. After the motor cutter mill installation, the first to conduct a comprehensive inspection:
(1) the installation site pile or pile substitute, whether solid, safe and reliable;
(2) whether all parts of fasteners loosening, tighten if loose should be replaced;
(3)Wire rope connected with the pile are secure, and reliable;
(4) whether all the required lubricating adding oil;
(5) whether the clutch is disengaged, the engine rope is solid.
