Roof Ridge Tile for Asphalt Shingle
SINGER company not only supplies particular appropriative oblique ridge and ridge tiles,
attaching detailed installation instructions but also respect clients’ choices,
offering the operation method that is how to cut single-deck tile into 3pcs (size: 337x337mm) to be used as ridge tile.
As following:
1. Use knife to cut tile on the back (when cutting, please put a board under the tile and don't operate on the roof directly.
If not, the tiles laid before will be damaged.)
2. The joint of each oblique ridge or ridge tiles is cut slantingly to make the joint narrower than exposed face,
so the whole project can be tidier. When laying, bend each tile along the centre line so the distance that outspread from
both sides of the oblique ridge or ridge will be equal. Snapline can help you to align easily.
While operating in the cold weather, the tiles should be preheated fully till they can be bent freely.
