The machine is suitable for surface coating on various kinds of flat sheet ,such as PVC panel, floor, cupboard,plastic and metal etc. Finally it makes the surface film smooth and no color difference.
Independent frequency control of motor speed is adopted on three-roller coating wheel , ration roller and conveyer belt, so the paint quantity is controlled extremely accurate.
The coating wheel is made by import silica gel with superior chrome plating ration roller and import aluminium shelf , it will not damage the coating roll. The steel rack plate is 16mm , it can prevent corrosion because the surface has been handled by chrome plating. The design is also very reasonable ,it adopts split style structure, it can easily take down and clean.
The machine is suitable for various kind of finishing, such as UV, PU, NC and water-based paint. The finishing can be recycled , no waste. Meanwhile, we can design multi-roller equipment.
