1, Machine description
The machine is the introduced of advanced software technologies, reaching the current international advanced level,.It is used to automatically discharge the bottle out of the box ( plastic ), applicable to the unloading boxes of beer production line process ,also applies to other industries bottle unloading boxes of work.
2, Main features
1) Working reliable : This machine grasps the and puts the bottles by the grisper . Through mechanical operation, pneumatic and electric control accurately and reliably release the bottles out of the box.
2) Run smoothly : unloading box motion is driven by a motor with brake. Through a unique pair of Four - bar mechanism, makes the lifting accurate and smooth.
3) High efficiency of the machine : In the process of work, start and end are slow, steady, the middle movement is faster, reducing non - working time, improve production efficiency.
4) Easy operation : automatic speed adjustment, and synchronous with the entire production line operation
5) Reasonable structure : It is composed of reasonable structure, reliable pneumatic device and advanced control technologies, advanced technology and the structure is simple
6) Safe and reliable : Besides setting the shield, network, there is a photoelectric safety devices, when operator straying into danger area and machine will immediately stops automatically.
7) Hygienic requirements : the noise is low, and the use of oil - free pneumatic components is to prevent oil pollution
3, Machine structure
1) Case conveying device
a) The machine use the top chain as the case conveyor,it consists conveyor 1 and conveyor 2,drived by the two reducers through the top chains.
2) Gripper device
a) The compressed air (0.07~0.15MPa)make the internal set of pneumatic grasper deform to clamp the bottles,
the internal set will recover when exhaust to unlock bottles. The grasper is controlled by solenoid valve ,accurate and reliable.
3) The gripper working principle:
a) The griper is designed special structure,when an exception is encountered,the gripper will raise and do not harm the bottles and the cases, Another feature of the grasper is,the plastic grasper which is light-weight high-strength replaces the metallic structure one
4) Bottle lifting device(twin-four-link mechanism)
a) After the grasper clamping the bottles,then lifting, moving forward and dropping,after putting the bottles on the table,the graspers will move back.The twin-four-link mechanism make the movement orbit,it can be seperate into two parts: crank-rocker mechanism and double rocker mechanism.
5) The main transmission mechanism
a) The structure of the main transmission mechanism which drives the crank is simple,set the reducer directly to the axis of rotation, with the keyless connective device-shrinkage join sleeve connect the reducer and axis
b) Shrinkage join sleeve is relying on tighten high strength bolts to produce the pressure and friction to get torque transmit,because of high efficient utilization of the keyless groove, does not produce mechanical damage to the axis, and can withstand varying loads and shock loads , but also has overload protection and other advantages
c) The machine with a brake motor, and adopts frequency conversion speed governing, the main transmission speed is doubled-speed, ensuring that the machine capacity matches the entire production line
