Complete Stone Making Plant
1.Introduction:
Crushing plant, including the hardness below the Moh's value of 9. Offer Jaw crusher, impact crusher, sand making machine, cone crusher, and sand seperating line, such as sand sieves, sand cleaning euipments, such as rotary cleaning amchinery.
2.Working principle:
First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into the elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder, then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to impact crusher for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated according to its size by the vibrating screen. The products not matching needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crushing.

Inclined vibrating screen, which makes circle motion, is a new-style vibrating screen with multiple levels and high efficiency. By adopting barrel–type eccentric shaft vibrator and technology of partial block adjusting amplitude, screening line becomes longer.
