Introduction of Tailings Recycling Machine
The tailing recycling device is the newest mechanical device used in the production and recycling of the tailings in the ore beneficiation in China. The tailing recycling machine adopts magnetic induction for unloading the minerals, which greatly saves the water consumption. The device is usually installed in the sluice of the beneficiation plant. When the tailings flow through the recycling machine, the magnetic iron within the tailings will be fully recovered by the machine due to its full contact with the magnetic poles of the machine. The tailings grade can be reduced be to be around 1% in order to improve the beneficiation recycling rate.The tailing recycling machine can not only effectively prevent the pollution but also greatly reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency. It has such advantages as low input and high yield.
Application of Tailings Recycling Machine
It is mainly used in the absorption and extraction of the magnetic minerals in the sand of river, lake and canal as well as the magnetic separation of lowly graded tailings and re-extraction and utilization of the large-scale beneficiation plants’ waste mineral slag. Meanwhile, it can also be applied to the magnetic separation of the magnetite and magnetic pyrite and the baked hematite, limonite and siderite.
Working Principle of Tailings Recycling Machine
It is mainly used in the second time separation and recovery of the waste from beneficiation with mineral devices so that the recycling rate can achieve a new level. It is produced singly and the way of production is quite unique. It can also be used together with the grinding mill and roller.

• If there is any equipment failure caused by the buyer, the seller shall assist the maintenance of machines and replacement of fittings, and charges appropriate fees.
