1.Description of Rotary Dryer
Rotary Dryer produced by our company are using the new rotary drum dryer lifting plate that have a guide, average current, lifting and many other features,make the material in the dryer full uniform radial cross-section,act is expected to become thin, uniform, complete , complete contact with hot air, to make full use of thermal energy. Our rotary dryer using reasonable operating parameters, coal consumption and electricity consumption lower 10-15% than the average dryer, the production increase10-15%, it has been widely used in the cement and mineral processing enterprises .
We supply the following dryer: wet material rotary dryer, sand dryer, sawdust dryer, coal dryer, coal slime dryer, bentonite dryer, ore concentrate dryer, wood chip dryer, cassava dryer, gypsum dryer, cow dung dryer.
2.Structure of Rotary Dryer
Rotary dryer device mainly include:cylinder device,front and rear roller device, feeding and discharging device, gearing device, gear cover and other components. (With dryer associated ancillary equipment: combustion chamber, feeding material equipment, dust collection equipment, etc. do not belong to the local scope).
3.Working Principle of Rotary Dryer
The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our Continuous Dryer/Sawdust Dryer/3Drum Dryer/Dryer/Rotary Dryer, which adopts down-flow heating method.When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity.Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air.The material is thus dried gradually.
