Gravity separation is done according to the different density of particles, therefore in a moving medium the gravity, fluid power and other mechanical power is different, achieving results according to the density ofparticles to separation.
The commonly used machine is , jigger, shaking table, chute, centrifuge. Gravity separation method can handle placer ore and gangue minerals.
Gravity separation equipment is a simple structure, convenient maintenance, low production cost, and small pollution to the environment is obvious, Gravity separation is still one of the most important processing methods at present.
In This , we use process 300 ton gold ore for one day as an example.
First Ores go to vibrating feeder, feed evenly into the jaw crusher,
after crusher, the ore size will be 40 to 60 mm,
then through belt conveyor get into the cone crusher,
cone crusher and vibrating screen at the same time to form a closed system, after the vibrating screen the ore in 10-20 mm get into the hopper, the ores bigger than 20mm go back to the cone crusher. use electromagnetic feeder feeding into the ball mill, at the same time adding water to the ball mill.
After ball mill grinding, solution concentration is 45% to 55%, ore particle size 120-140 mesh. The gold separation from ore.
Use wear-resistant slurry pump, the solution go to spiral chute ore extractor and by its own gravity from the top along the spiral chute do spiral movement.
Spiral chute will be divide the solution into concentrates, the madding and tailings. the concentrate go into the shaking table to further separation, middling into the pond and once again go into the spiral chute for enrichment. Tailings directly into tailings pond.
Concentrate through the shaking table separation again, be concentrate, middling and tailings.
Concentrate produced by the overflow pond to get the gold , middling get into the pond, and back into the spiral chute, tailings get into tailings pond. Tailings use press filter to process, water can be used again.
This line Gold recovery rate is 67% - 67%, the recovery rate of water is 80% - 85%. Gravity separation method is widely used in processing iron ore, gold ore, etc.,
Q: Payment?
A: 30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.
Q: What about Warranty? And what will we do if the machine is broken down?
A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
