Large Round Parts Pit/Well Type Heat Treatment Furnace
This well type annular parts heat treatment furnace is specially aimed at annular flange parts producers with max furnace diameter at 8.5m. The furnace is comprised of furnace body, furnace cap and control system.
Structure introduction
The furnace body is a weldment of sectional steel and steel plates.
The furnace body is specially designed with chrome-manganese-nitrogen mouth ring to protect the heat preservation cotton from damage by the workpieces and thus keep the furnace temperature uniformity. The heating components are the high-resistance OC25AL5 heating belts. The furnace body is lined with high-pure silicate aluminum fiber cotton blocks. The inside wall is suspended with heating components.
The furnace bottom is weight-bearing, and therefore is laid with high-aluminum refractory bricks. The furnace bottom is also covered with chrome-manganese-nitrogen sizing blocks to increase the temperature uniformity.
The furnace cap is lifted by the hydraulic mechanism. recording: colored LED non-paper recorder to record the process curve.

The furnace is nude packed but duly fixed inside the container.

The furnace is usually loaded into normal containers (20GP or 40GP) or flat racks.
Our company provides test-running service to the customers. We would send our engineers to the buyer's site for installation, test-running and training service. The customer should bear the following costs: round-way air ticket fare, and board and lodging, and daily allowance.
The warranty period is 1 year after completion of test-running.

A: The payment term is 30% down payment, and 70% before delivery (T/T mode).

A: The delivery time of the machine is 45-150days after receipt of down payment.
