Packing
• Nude packing in common, except foaming machine, CNC turret punching machine.
• Wood case provide base on customer’s demand.
Delivery method
• By sea only, machinery is big packing volume and heavy.
• By air for small replacement accessories, like valve, bottom, etc.
Payment Terms
• LCL delivery order, T/T, 100% advance payment.
• Full container load order, 30% in advance, 70% against the B/L copy
• L/C at sight only accept by full container order.
Lead Time
• Molds: 10~15 working days
• Machine: 20~30 working days for each one
• Production line: 2~3 month in common.
Delivery Inspection
• For whole production line, suggest customer test by self on site
• Small order, will take photos or video for machinery test.
Installation & Training
• For whole production line, will provide technician for machinery installation and customer’s worker training.
